Cancellation Policy
New clients must complete the comprehensive intake form a week before their appointment: https://forms.gle/ECAfNAKcYwHXAf2k8 Failure to complete the form will result in rescheduling your appointment. (This should also be in your confirmation email) Cancellation & Refund Policy Your appointment time is yours. Out of respect for both your time and mine, please review the following cancellation terms: Full Refund – Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. 50% Refund – Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund, as this time has been set aside specifically for you. No Refund – No-shows or missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy. It allows me to support all clients best while maintaining a fair and consistent schedule.
